At EaseX.store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and complimentary items.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns sent without prior authorization from EaseX.store may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping & Refund Deductions

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.

For returns requested due to a change of mind, personal preference, ordering mistakes, or any reason not attributable to EaseX.store, the customer shall bear:

• The return shipping cost; and

• Any original shipping, delivery, handling, Cash on Delivery (COD), or courier charges incurred in fulfilling the order.

Where free shipping was offered at the time of purchase, EaseX.store reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping and handling costs incurred from the refundable amount.

Approved refunds will be issued only for the eligible product value after applicable deductions.

No restocking fees are charged on approved returns.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, worn, washed, installed, assembled, tested, activated, or altered in any way.

• The product shows signs of use, scratches, stains, odors, damage, tampering, or mishandling.

• Original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, manuals, or included items are missing.

• Protective seals have been removed or damaged where applicable.

• The return request is submitted after the 14-day return period.

• The item was damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

EaseX.store reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item meets the requirements for a refund, return, or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or other supporting evidence.

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Exchange requests remain subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another method determined by EaseX.store.

Please allow approximately 14–20 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.

Shipping charges, delivery fees, COD charges, handling fees, and other non-refundable service costs may be deducted where applicable.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, Non-Returnable, Customized, Personalized, Gift Cards, or Hygiene-Sensitive Products are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective.
